The V& Engine is a system meant to give Players the power of Success and Failure.
This allows the GM and Players to craft a story together.
The direction of the story is made with intentional choices and not by chance.
Fill up your "tank" and ride off with your party spending resources to overcome challenges and obstacles! Be careful not to use them all up and Overheat!
A dice less system that can be used to play any genre or world of game to allow your Players and GM maximum control over the Success and Failure of the narrative.

This looks like a neat system! I can imagine a fun extension of V& could be a "simultaneous" structured initiative system, where all the players huddle on what each of them does, and then hit "go" to activate everyone's actions--opponents'/obstacles' included--in a single bout of narration. (Would have to be structured so as not to overwhelm the GM, I suppose.)
